Process
- Fill out the Commission Request Form with your character details and references.
- I’ll review your request and confirm the total price and timeline.
- Payment is required upfront before I begin.
- You'll receive optional sketch/WIP updates depending on the complexity.
- Final artwork is delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG format.

Terms & Conditions
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below.
General
- All artwork is digital only unless otherwise arranged.
- Final artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased separately.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Clients must provide clear visual references; I may decline heavily text-only descriptions.
Payment
- Payment is accepted in USD via PayPal or Venmo.
- Full payment upfront is required before I begin working on the piece.
- Chargebacks are not allowed. Please contact me directly if an issue arises.
Process & Revisions
- I will provide a sketch or WIP for approval unless the chosen style does not require one.
- One round of minor revisions (small details, color tweaks) is included for free.
- Major changes (pose, outfit, composition) requested after sketch approval may incur an additional fee.
- No revisions are accepted once the final artwork has been delivered.
Timeline
- Typical turnaround time is 1–3 weeks, depending on queue and complexity.
- Delays will always be communicated promptly.
Refund Policy
- A full refund is available only if I have not started the piece.
- A partial refund may be granted if the piece is partially completed.
- No refunds are provided once the artwork is finished and delivered.
- If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Copyright & Usage
- I retain all rights to the artwork.
- You may post the artwork online as long as proper credit is given.
- You may not:
- Edit, recolor, or trace the artwork
- Use the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights
- Mint the artwork as NFTs
- Use the artwork in AI datasets or for training AI models
- I may post the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless you request privacy.
